No. The initial consultation — in our Thika Road office or online — is free. We review your qualifications, budget and timeline and tell you which routes are realistically open to you before any money changes hands.
It depends entirely on the destination and route: permit fees, medicals, police clearance, document verification, flights and, in some routes, employer-paid components. What is consistent is that you receive a written breakdown of every cost before you commit, and we never ask for a lump sum against an unnamed promise.
For most work routes, three to eight months from consultation to departure, depending on the destination’s permit processing times and how complete your documents are at the start. Study and medical travel are usually shorter but are tied to fixed intake or treatment dates.
Yes, and it is a large part of our work. Bring the refusal letter and your original file. We identify what the officer could not verify, correct that specific gap and reapply with an explanation of what has changed. Reapplying with the same file almost always produces the same result.
Yes — a valid Kenyan passport with at least six months validity beyond your intended travel date is the starting point for every route. If yours is expiring or full, renew it first; we can advise on the timing so it does not delay your application.
It varies by sector. Nursing and clinical roles require professional registration and often language certification. Hospitality, care work, logistics and agriculture generally require verifiable experience and references rather than degrees. Engineering and IT roles require qualification recognition in the destination country.
Every employer and recruitment partner we present is checked against the relevant public register or licensing authority in their country before we show you the vacancy. If we cannot verify a sponsor independently, we do not present the role.
Yes. Air ticketing, hotel booking and airport transfers are handled in the same file as your visa and placement, so your travel dates always match your permit dates and reporting date.
Where the route permits dependants, we advise on the requirements, timing and cost and process the applications alongside yours. Where a route does not realistically allow family in the first contract, we tell you that up front.
